It took some time for the noise to register as a cellphone, let alone Chelsea’s own. The haze of many shots of tequila and amazing food blended with the dark hotel room. Only her dog, Bentley, warm at her feet, felt familiar. For a woman used to living out of her car, the single room just big enough for the bed seemed vast and empty.
About all I could focus on yesterday was 4 or 5 paragraphs. I’m also at a fight scene, which I almost always balk at anyway. The snow storm has started too, so I’m sore and grumpy. Hopefully, I can just get a little more done today.
I had to walk into work today and the cold is kicking my ass. Well, actually it’s kicking my hips, but it amounts to the same thing. I’m in enough pain that I’m having trouble focus. Not terrible as we’re not busy, not great if I want to be at all creative. We’ll see how […]
I got quite a bit done yesterday,. finished a story, started a story and worked on my Lost Story. I can’t say that I wrote a ton of words, but it was the most productive I’ve been at writing in a while. With any luck, I can get some more done today.
