I’m still behind on word count, but far less so than day one. I might have made word count if I could have found a setting for the next story. But, I still made up a lot of ground yesterday. With any luck, I can do it again.

I also now have 2.5 stories in the hopper, to my intense joy. Today and tomorrow are very busy days at work though. Which is more than a little scary, it terms of making words. On the other hand, they should only be busy at the very beginning and the very end of the day, which leaves a lot of time, assuming I can focus.

Yes, focus is my problem, when I’m at work, I need to be at work. Yes, I have downtime, but it’s not scheduled, therefore, I have to be able to let go of the story and then come back to it if people come in. And sometimes, I can do that, and sometimes, yeah, it’s just not gonna happen.

Anyway, I have coffee to drink and day to prep for. And a story setting to decide on.
